Transformer Core Clamp Online Monitoring System
The sensor module is a core-penetration active zero-magnetic-flux sensor designed for accurate field data measurement. After years of field operation, this instrument transformer has demonstrated excellent measurement performance, featuring high accuracy and excellent linearity.
The local module captures signals from sensors using high-precision ADCs, then employs high-precision digital signal processing algorithms to convert these analog signals into digital signals locally, and transmits the data to the central industrial control computer via the industrial-grade RS485 fieldbus.
The central control host performs synchronous control of measurements conducted by the station-wide monitoring units, manages communication, handles data acquisition, configures parameters, queries and displays data, and correlates relevant data; it then uploads this data to the main station server, serving as the central hub connecting the local measurement units to the host's backend system.
The Monitoring and Diagnostic System includes software for data acquisition, analytical diagnostics, web browsing, and remote communication; it enables relevant diagnostic analysis of the operational status information of high-voltage equipment and displays the results using graphical curves and other visualization methods. By leveraging intelligent decision-support diagnostic technologies to analyze and comprehensively evaluate the field-collected data, the system provides decision-making support for condition-based maintenance.
