This is an intelligent, fully automatic SF6 density relay calibration instrument. Utilizing single-cycle command micro controller technology, its operating speed is 10 times faster than that of conventional micro controllers; it enables field calibration of SF6 density relays with either pointer-type contact output or intelligent current output. By employing an interrupt-based approach to capture the actuation events of the density relay in real time, this instrument ensures more accurate and timely measurements. This portable calibration device performs standard conversion for SF6 gas pressure measurements under any ambient temperature conditions; it can also automatically calibrate SF6 density gauges and pressure gauges. In a sealed container, the SF₆ gas pressure at a given temperature can be used to represent the density of the SF₆ gas. Conventionally, the SF₆ gas pressure at 20°C is taken as the standard value. During field calibration, measured pressure values obtained at different ambient temperatures must be converted to their corresponding pressure values at 20°C in order to assess the performance of the SF₆ density relay.
The ZHSC-15-50 SF6 gas recovery and charging/ discharging device features comprehensive functions including gas recovery, charging/discharging, purification, vacuum extraction, storage, and bottle filling; the system is relatively complete – refer to Appendix I for the system diagram. The sequencing or switching of these functions is primarily accomplished by operating the electrical control box and ball valves located on one side of the control panel.
