Professional & Reliable Power Monitoring Solutions
The use of PTC ceramic resistors eliminates the risk of overheating, making the entire discharge process safer. Equipped with wireless communication functionality, the wireless data acquisition box communicates wirelessly with both the discharge host unit and the host monitoring PC, simplifying wiring and offering flexibility and convenience. The wireless data acquisition box enables monitoring of each individual battery, allowing for comprehensive tracking of the entire battery pack discharge process. The integrated PC monitoring system enables real-time monitoring of the entire discharge process, analyzes measured data—including total voltage, discharge current, and individual cell voltages—and generates corresponding data reports. It features a USB port, allowing you to save data from the battery discharge process to a USB flash drive and transfer it to a PC. The PC data management software can analyze the battery discharge process and generate corresponding data reports. The device utilizes an ARM-based smart microcontroller for control and features an LCD display with both Chinese and English interfaces; the menu operation is simple and intuitive. You can configure test/termination conditions, including single-cell voltage, battery pack termination voltage, discharge current, and discharge duration. The battery pack capacity can be estimated using a short-duration discharge test (10 minutes). It can record the testing/discharging process, primarily capturing the total capacity of the battery pack, total voltage, total current, and the voltage changes of the individual cells with the lowest voltage.
