Storage Battery Online Monitoring System
The ZHSC6100 Battery Online Monitoring System (hereinafter referred to as the "Monitor") is designed to monitor the state of battery banks, enabling early detection and timely alerting for underperforming batteries. Additionally, its built-in online balancing system addresses the long-standing issue of uneven charging among individual cells within DC battery systems, thereby enhancing the safety performance of such systems. This product is primarily used for monitoring DC systems in power plants, substations, or other industrial applications; it provides comprehensive monitoring of the battery bank's overall status, allows for customized alarm settings for both individual cells and the entire battery bank, and includes functionality for monitoring battery internal resistance. These features ensure the safe operation of DC systems, improve their reliability and level of automation, and significantly reduce time-consuming manual measurement and recording tasks during testing procedures.
The monitoring instrument primarily consists of a central monitoring module, a voltage acquisition unit, an internal resistance testing unit, an equalization circuit unit, a signal acquisition unit, and an industrial control panel. Additionally, this instrument features multiple standard RS-485 communication interfaces, facilitating data exchange with existing field-mounted charging station monitoring modules, insulation devices, and other automated equipment – thereby eliminating redundant equipment purchases and reducing site procurement costs. The backend communication protocol utilizes the newly issued CDT protocol and Modbus protocol, enabling seamless integration into the smart grid.
