SF6 Non-Disassembly Calibration Valve
This product is our company's newly patented device designed for connecting SF6 density relays to SF6 gas chambers. It features an innovative design, compact size, and lightweight construction, ensuring that it does not adversely affect or damage the primary installed equipment. After assembly, power maintenance personnel can perform calibration or replacement of the SF6 gas density relay without having to disassemble this device. This solution effectively eliminates the challenges associated with disassembly during relay maintenance, replacement, or gas replenishment procedures, prevents damage to the switch's sealing surfaces and gaskets caused by disassembling connectors during routine calibration, significantly reduces the likelihood of leakage, enhances operational efficiency, and ensures the safe operation of SF6-based electrical switches.
1. SF6 density relay interface: The connection port for linking the connector to the SF6 density relay;
2. Control switch: Prevents the SF6 density relay from detaching from the connector and serves as a fastening mechanism;
3. Gas replenishment/verification interface: The connection port for connecting verification or gas replenishment equipment;
4. Main body interface: The port for connecting to the switch.
