Portable Gas Analyzer

This SF6 gas comprehensive detection instrument integrates H₂S, SO₂, dew point, and purity analyzers into a single device, consolidating multiple previously required functions into one unit. With just one on-site measurement, two key parameters can be simultaneously detected – significantly reducing gas consumption by up to three-quarters during a single measurement, while also decreasing the user's workload and enhancing operational efficiency. Fast energy-saving mode: After powering on and entering the measurement state, the measurement duration is approximately 5 minutes. Self-locking joint: Features original German-imported self-locking joints – safe, reliable, and leak-proof. Data storage: Features a high-capacity design capable of storing up to 250 sets of test data. High-definition display: Features a 4.3-inch touchscreen that directly displays all measured data. Built-in power source: A high-capacity lithium-ion battery – one full charge provides up to 10 hours of continuous operation. Open-label calibration: This instrument features a calibration function; the entire calibration process can be completed simply by operating the instrument. Data Export: Built-in USB interface for batch export of measurement records.

The instrument should be placed in a safe location to prevent damage from falling or severe vibration. Before using the instrument, please charge it promptly. During charging, simply plug the power cord into a 220 V socket – there is no need to turn on the power switch; the device will begin charging automatically. The typical charging time is more than 20 hours. When not in use, the instrument should be placed in a dedicated packaging box and stored on a test bench or instrument rack to protect it from dust and moisture. The instrument should be calibrated once per year using standard gases. Calibration may be performed at the manufacturer or an authorized third-party facility to ensure accuracy. When the concentrations of SO₂, H₂S, or CO in the measured gas are elevated, the gas remaining in the gas transmission tube should be purged before proceeding with the next measurement. When the SO₂, H₂S, or CO concentrations measured by the monitoring device exceed the normal range, it is recommended to perform two additional measurements to confirm the results. According to Section 8.2 of the IEC 60480-2004 standard: Maximum acceptable impurity quality levels: total decomposition products ≤ 50 μL/L; or (SO₂ + SO₂F₂) ≤ 12 μL/L; or HF ≤ 25 μL/L.
