Density Relay Tester
The relay calibration instrument employs a hybrid analog-digital single-cycle high-speed micro controller as its core; this micro controller boasts abundant resources, powerful functionality, and strong data processing capabilities. By integrating the A/D and D/A converters, reference voltage source, and analog amplifier directly into the micro controller itself, the device features simple peripheral circuits, excellent stability, and high accuracy.
The instrument can perform fully automatic calibration for both pointer-type and electronic density relays.
The initial state of the contacts for Groups 1–3 of the density relay can be set to any configuration (normally open or normally closed); the instrument can simultaneously measure both the response value and the return value for these 1–3 contact groups. As a result, this device is suitable for the fully automated calibration of all new and existing types of density relays.
During measurement, the instrument simultaneously displays the current pressure, the pressure corresponding to 20°C, and the ambient temperature. This solves the challenge associated with the field calibration of SF6 density relays.
The testing process involves automated measurement, thereby avoiding errors arising from human factors.
The instrument can upload test data to a USB flash drive via the USB interface and automatically generate a dedicated test data sheet.
The instrument can be used to calibrate room-temperature pressure gauges and density meters under any ambient temperature.
All instrument pipelines utilize imported quick-connect fittings, which facilitate easy installation and offer a low leakage rate.
The instrument features an internal clock function that allows for real-time time adjustment.
The instrument features an automatic calibration function. After prolonged use, the instrument can be calibrated and adjusted to ensure its calibration accuracy.
