Advanced scientific data management: Instrument data can be exported via a USB flash drive, and the data can be viewed and managed on any PC using dedicated software.
The instrument is user-friendly; the measurement process is controlled by a microprocessor. Once the appropriate measurement mode is selected, data acquisition can be automatically completed under the control of the microprocessor.
The integrated model comes with a standard capacitor and a high-voltage power supply, facilitating on-site testing and reducing the need for on-site wiring.
The instrument offers high measurement accuracy, meeting the requirements for oil dielectric loss measurement; therefore, it only requires a standard oil cup and a dedicated test lead to perform the measurement.
Equipped with an anti-connection low-voltage shielding function; when the 220 kV CVT busbar is grounded, it enables non-disassembly measurement of the 10 kV anti-connection line's dielectric loss for C11, as well as the performance of AC withstand voltage tests. This facilitates conducting AC withstand voltage tests on the secondary sides of PTs and CTs, or performing withstand voltage tests on 400 V low-voltage systems.
The device can detect external high-voltage power supplies operating at frequencies between 40 Hz and 70 Hz, enabling the use of either standard mains power supplies or series resonant power supplies for high-capacity, high-voltage dielectric loss testing.
Equipped with a CVT testing function, it supports the self-excitation method for testing CVT devices in the field; it allows for the setting of high-voltage parameters and can measure the total capacitance and dielectric loss values of CVT equipment. During CVT testing, it can automatically measure both the capacitance values (C1 and C2) and the dielectric loss values.
Equipped with a built-in thermal printer for printing outputs, a calendar clock for convenient generation of test reports, and USB port for data export.
Equipped with a computer interface; a single computer can control up to 32 instruments and can be integrated into a comprehensive high-voltage test vehicle to perform measurement, data processing, and report generation.
Grounding protection function: When the instrument is not properly grounded or the grounding connection is faulty, the instrument will not initiate the normal operating sequence nor output high voltage. Over current protection function: The instrument will not be damaged in the event of a short circuit or insulation breakdown in the test specimen.
Electric shock protection function: If the instrument operator is accidentally exposed to an electric shock, the instrument will immediately disconnect the high voltage to ensure the safety of the personnel conducting the test.
