The device features a technologically advanced 10/100M adaptive Ethernet communication interface and a built-in IP protocol stack, enabling seamless long-distance data transmission over both the enterprise intranet and the Internet. The Net ChromTM workstation, which can be optionally selected with the instrument, supports the simultaneous operation of multiple chromatography systems, enables data processing and system control, simplifies document management, and minimizes both laboratory investment and operating costs for users. The instrument employs a multi-processor parallel operation mode, supporting up to four detectors installed simultaneously; it features a modular design that is intuitive and facilitates easy replacement and upgrading. The state-of-the-art microcomputer temperature control system offers high temperature control accuracy, exceptional reliability, and superior anti-interference performance; it features six fully independent temperature control channels supporting 16-stage programmed temperature programming, enabling the device to handle a wider range of sample analyses; the temperature control zones can be freely named by the user for ease of operation; the automatic rear-door opening system for the column oven enhances low-temperature control precision and accelerates heating/cooling rates. The instrument can be optionally equipped with an advanced Electronic Flow Controller (EFC) or an Electronic Pressure Controller (EPC) to enable digital control, which significantly enhances the reproducibility of both qualitative and quantitative results. This fully microcomputer-controlled keyboard features a user-friendly operating system with simple and convenient operation; it incorporates an automatic detector recognition technology. The device supports fault diagnosis and power-off data protection functions, and can automatically store preset parameters. The instrument features a built-in low-noise, high-resolution 24-bit ADC circuit, along with baseline storage and baseline subtraction functions. This device is designed for collecting chromatographic signals and performing data processing, and is compatible with operating systems such as Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Windows 7. It reads sampled data from CDF files that comply with the A/A (American Association for Applied Chemistry) standard and can integrate seamlessly with chromatography workstations from manufacturers including Agilent and Waters. It features a standard MODBUS/TCP interface, enabling convenient integration with DCS systems.
