Fully Automatic Oil Interfacial Tension Apparatus

This instrument employs a Wien bridge sine wave oscillator constructed using high-precision, high-speed operational amplifiers; it features low distortion and ease of calibration. Under non-equilibrium conditions, it measures the interfacial tension of various liquid–gas and liquid–liquid phases. The operation is simple, the device operates stably and reliably, and it automatically calculates the interfacial tension value. It is suitable for determining the interfacial tension of liquid products in the petroleum, chemical, power, and pharmaceutical industries. The instrument features a newly improved sealed electromagnetic force balance sensor, which enhances both response speed and linearity; this new sensor requires only a single calibration point, resolving the issue encountered with the previous generation of sensors, which necessitated multiple calibration points to ensure linearity and accuracy. The internal microprocessor also enables bidirectional compensation based on the operating temperature, using 25°C as the reference point; the compensation range is sufficient to accommodate the ambient temperatures found in all laboratories.
