The vacuum level tester employs a single-chip microcomputer as its main control unit, enabling fully automated testing procedures. In principle, this instrument departs from the calibration method used in similar domestic and international products – which relies on peak current – and instead utilizes ion charge for calibration. This approach ensures greater accuracy based on physical principles and effectively suppresses interference from the pulsed power supply during testing, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The instrument employs a two-stage sampling method to eliminate leakage currents arising from environmental factors, and it incorporates a mechanism to identify vacuum interrupter chambers that are completely evacuated during the measurement process, thereby achieving accurate measurement of the vacuum interrupter chambers installed on the entire device. Currently, the instrument contains 35 standard measurement curves for vacuum interrupter chambers, covering the vast majority of chamber types available both domestically and internationally. The instrument is known for its reliable performance, elegant design, and user-friendly operation.
