This 32-bit high-speed digital signal processor represents China's first domestically developed 32-bit high-speed 150 MHz DSP, paired with AD公司的 high-performance 6-channel 16-bit ADC, to successfully create a multifunctional wide-range digital multiplier. The simultaneous measurement of active and reactive power or the error ratio between two energy meters doubles the operational efficiency compared to traditional calibration methods. The wiring simulation function allows users to simulate various field wiring configurations from an office environment—even in the absence of actual voltage or current signals—and obtain the corresponding wiring results. This feature can serve as a training tool for cable verification, enhancing the field personnel's cable inspection skills. The 5A clamp error self-test instrument can generate a 5A current signal and apply it to the 5A clamp to measure its measurement accuracy. Solves the issue of error variation in the 5A clamp meter after prolonged use. It allows users to monitor the clamp meter's closed-state status at any time and reminds the operator to clean the clamp mouth. Automatic electricity meter number entry (optional feature) supports barcode scanner for automatically entering the electricity meter code. Infrared reading head – automatically reads data from multifunctional electricity meters (optional feature); utilizes RS-485 or infrared optical sensors to retrieve the baseline, peak, flat, valley, and total active and reactive power measurements from multifunctional electricity meters; supports the DL645 national standard protocol. Ultra-wide current measurement range (500× current range) ensures accurate measurement performance; 10,000× current display range. Minimum starting current of 1 mA. High-voltage supply with high-precision timing; wiring can be identified even under no-load conditions. The electrical energy accumulation function can be used to verify electricity meters that do not output any electrical energy pulses, or to test energy-saving performance indicators. The device comes with a 2GB memory card.
