1.The instrument incorporates an internal three-phase precision inverter power supply, which eliminates the influence of power grid voltage harmonics during measurement, ensuring greater accuracy.
2.Utilizes a three-phase output voltage to increase testing speed; enables measurement of phase angles as well as transformers with a neutral point; automatically identifies winding connection groups from 0 to 11; for rectifier transformers with multiple windings on the low-voltage side, the transformation ratio and the 7.5° angle deviation can be measured without disassembling the low-voltage side wiring.
3.It is compatible with a wide range of transformer types and is particularly suitable for measuring Z-type transformers, rectifier transformers, grounding transformers, electric furnace transformers, phase-shifting transformers, Scott transformers, reverse Scott transformers, and other types of transformers.
4.Features high-and low-voltage reverse-connection protection, transformer inter-turn short-circuit protection, tap-changer improper engagement/disengagement protection, and output full short-circuit protection – enhancing instrument stability.
5.After entering the rated parameters, the system can automatically measure the transformer turns ratio, error value, and tap position of the tap changer; particularly for tap changers with asymmetric tap configurations, it can accurately determine the exact tap position of the transformer tap changer, supporting the measurement of up to 99 tap positions.
6.A 7-inch high-brightness color LCD screen ensures clear display even under bright lighting; full touchscreen operation with seamless switching between Chinese and English languages.
7. The device supports external printer connectivity for printing measurement data, facilitating paperless office operations (optional).
